General
I will do everything I can to make your shopping experience a great one.

Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering, so if I mess up and list something for 3p then that’s what you pay! However, if you see one of those old common dartboard erasers selling for £300 please drop me an email – it’ll be a mistake and I’ll change it straight away!

Delivery
I will post your items as soon as I possibly can, usually within a couple of days, but like everyone I’m at the disposal of the postal services and I can’t guarantee you’ll receive your order in a specified time. If you absolutely must have the erasers you’ve waited years for by a certain date, please let me know so I can assure I post them asap and arrange special delivery postage if necessary.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order by paypal, or within three working days if paying by cheque or postage order. If you can’t pay in this time and want to reserve some erasers so no-one else gets there first, please email me and we’ll talk about how long I can reserve them for you.

Warranty
Items sold by OriginalErasers.co.uk are guaranteed to be in the condition stated. Please see the page on ‘eraser condition‘ for full details.

Returned Goods
I want you to be delighted with the erasers you receive. Please let me know about incomplete, or incorrect packages within 14 days of delivery. If a delivery is incomplete or incorrect, then you will not be liable for postage costs incurred in returning the order.

Items can be returned for any other reason within 14 days. For a full refund of the product purchase price please ensure that:

1. The product is in the same condition and packaging as when it arrived with you.
2. It is well packaged for the return journey.

If you’re returning an item because it was incorrectly described on the site, then I’ll refund any postage costs you incur. But if you just change your mind, then although I’ll happily refund the item cost, you’ll be responsible for the cost of posting it back.

A full refund of item costs (plus postage where applicable) will be made as soon as I receive your returned items.

If you’re unhappy with your order or the service you receive for any reason, then please do get in touch. I really want you to have a fantastic buying experience.

The contracts from the sales of goods by OriginalErasers.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of OriginalErasers.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. OriginalErasers.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with OriginalErasers.co.uk you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Privacy Policy

We collect information about you purely to process your order and for no other reason. We will never pass you details on to any other companies or third parties.
